The Creation of Skies and Earth:
Allah created the skies and the earth in six days. He created every living thing from water. After completing this process of creation of the universe, He enthroned His Arsh-e-Azam (the Creator's authority seat) to keep the universe He created under His supervision, guardianship, protection, and rule.
It should also be remembered that this process of creation of the universe by Allah is not finished but is still ongoing. That's why Dr. Iqbal (may Allah be pleased with him) also said:
Maybe this universe is still incomplete… That's why there is the sound of Dama-dam Kun-faya kun… (the joyable sound of the new birth of every living being by the command of Allah). It can be easily understood that the birth of every new child, the sprouting of every seed, and the appearance and discovery of new types of life on the planet are due to Allah Almighty as the creator of the universe; there are very clear signs of the creative process continuing.
Therefore, the Quraan says:
'He is the One Who created the heavens and the earth in six days, then established Himself on the throne. He knows whatever goes into the earth and whatever comes out of it, and whatever descends from the sky and whatever ascends into it (like mountains and all technological satellites), and He is with you wherever you are (inside or outside the earth). For Allah is all-seeing of what you do.'
